Greenport Art GalleriesNamed “one of America’s prettiest towns” by Forbes magazine in 2011, Greenport is a vibrant and historic village on Long Island’s North Fork. A perfect mix of unpretentious Americana and modern culture, one can find old-school, seafood shacks abutting fine restaurants and quiet, summer cottages sharing the view with upscale shops. Greenport art galleries reflect this wonderful, cultural dichotomy with their charm and variety – come and discover them!

A native of Greenport Vilage, Rich Fiedler is a highly regarded regional artist, with paintings that capture the essence of the area through local subjects: tall ships, lighthouses, harbors, barns and oceanfronts. His work can be found in corporate collections, such as the American Medical Association in Chicago, has appeared on magazine covers, and been exhibited at numerous East coast galleries.
Cindy Pease Roe Studio and Gallery
190 Sterling Street – cindyroe.com
Cindy Pease Roe’s land and seascape paintings in oil, watercolor and encaustics reflect the lifelong effect of a childhood on Cape Cod spent swimming, sailing, clamming, and otherwise communing with the seashore. Often found working on her latest piece from a small boat on Greenport’s waterfront, her studio overlooks the marine railway in Hanff’s Boatyard.
Hector deCordova Studio
