As spring approaches and the weather warms, we here at Arbor View House Bed and Breakfast look forward to the season ahead and what we can do to make it as special as it was during the previous years. Looking back over our past guests experiences always cheers us up because we have such a great time doing what we do … and it is a great feeling seeing that we are not the only ones who enjoy ourselves here!

“We returned to Arbor View House to celebrate our anniversary weekend, and our stay was just as wonderful as the first time. The owners, Wilfred and Veda, not only make you feel at home with wonderful accommodations and conversation, but their recommendations of restaurants, vineyards and activities are always on point. My wife and I have visited a lot of places globally, but I can’t think of any establishment we’ve stayed at that has served such delicious and diverse breakfast as this B&B. Arbor View is the only place we want to stay at when visiting between the North Fork to Sag Harbor area.”
“The Zinfandel Room, on the first floor, is the most easily accessible. The Champagne Room is spacious and wonderful. But the entire place is very nice! Enjoy the sun from the roof deck and the shade from the vine covered arbor, and the engaging conversation throughout. Or, you can just relax or read in silence… Ahhh!”
“We love coming to the North Fork… we love going to the wineries, strolling along the Southold and Orient Point State Park beaches and dining at some of the best restaurants in the area. The minute we arrived at Arbor View House B&B, we felt warm and cozy! Veda greeted us into her lovely home, beautifully decorated with antique furniture which we both love! … Veda recommended The Frisky Oyster for dinner, which was an excellent choice! When we came back from dinner we were greeted by Wilfred. We had such a wonderful conversation with him. Veda and Wilfred are amazing and so friendly, that we feel like we have known them forever!”
“We had a lovely two nights at this charming B&B! Wilfred and Veda were so warm and welcoming. When we arrived Wilfred greeted us with hot tea and an assortment of sweet cakes and lovely conversation. Then he gave us a pour of his favorite rum — an unexpected treat! The rooms are exactly as pictured — clean and charming, each with a gas fireplace. We stayed in the Champagne suite which was very nice. And Veda is an amazing cook! The breakfasts are long and luxurious.”
