Live On The Vine – The 2014 Long Island Winterfest

A six week long, mid-winter music festival, the seventh annual Long Island Winterfest, Live on the Vine is all about enjoying excellent, local food and drink and grooving to live performances of talented musicians, all in Long Island’s unique vineyard tasting rooms and other venues on the East End.
More than 20 venues, including over 17 vineyards, like Sannino’s Bella Vita Vineyard, Diliberto Winery, and Waters Crest Winery play host to a fantastic festival and wide array of musical acts including rock and blues guitar legend, Johnny Winter!
If there’s any better way to enjoy yourself during the long, cold winter months, I’d like to hear it!
Started in 2006, the Long Island Winterfest attracted such a strong following that it quickly became a regional attraction and is now well on its way to becoming a national one. Primarily a jazz even, expanding Live On The Vine’s musical genres to include not just jazz but also blues, soul, and country gives attendees a wider range of acts to enjoy and further powers the festival’s growth potential.
