There are many Attractions here on Long Island, from Amusement Parks and Aquariums to Vineyards and Wineries.  There are many Long Island North Fork Wineries and Vineyards here on the North Fork.  Since viticulture is farming and most vineyards grew out of potato farms, there are farm stands here in the Wine Country.  If you are new to the North Fork or NOFO, you can indulge in a Winery Tour and do some Wine Tasting at the Vineyards. 

It’s nearly 50 years since the first vines were planted by Luisa and Alex Hargraves at what is now known as Castello Di Borghese; the number of wineries has grown, and so has the reputation and quality of the wines.

On the East End of Long Island, you can sunbathe at some of the nation’s best beaches and go Sport Fishing in the Atlantic Ocean, Peconic Bay, or Long Island Sound.  Shopping is also at Tanger Outlets, the Farm Stands, or Antique Stores.  Enjoy Art and Culture at the Galleries and Museums.

The North Fork, with its Bordeaux-like climate, has over 55 vineyards and over 50 functioning wineries.
