The North Fork's Best RestaurantsOne of the things we’re most commonly asked about by guests of our Long Island B&B is which are the North Fork’s best restaurants? It’s a hard question to answer: Long Island’s North Fork is speckled with great places to eat in a wide range of styles, and choices, often with an emphasis on fresh, local seafood and wines.
Choosing just a handful of restaurants from the many excellent, Long Island dining establishments wasn’t easy. We used the results from a recent, independent, online poll of the top 10 North Fork’s restaurants, and posted them here, alphabetically, for easy perusal.
Of course, any “best of” list is bound to be controversial. If you don’t see your favorite here, console yourself with the knowledge that there simply isn’t room enough to list every great restaurant on Long Island’s North Fork – and that’s a wonderful thing all in itself!
