North Fork Long Island Golf CoursesNorth Fork Long Island golf courses run the gamut from 9-hole to 18-hole, par 3 to par 73. One thing is for sure – if you’ve come to the North Fork to golf, you’ll have a wide variety of courses to choose from!
Here on Long Island’s North Fork, golf is a year-round sport, provided there’s no snow on the ground and the weather is cooperating. Most visitors to our shores wait for mid-April, however, after all the seasonal courses reopen, and keep at it through September.
Many guests to our Greenport B&B, Arbor View House Bed and Breakfast inquire about North Fork Long Island golf courses and we have to answer that one the best things about Long Island golf is that the courses are so varied – there is practically a course for everyone. Links-inspired layouts along with narrow courses arcing through forests, long layouts for the stronger driver and shorter layouts for sharpshooters, established parkland courses and modern, daily-fee facilities.
Below you’ll find a quick guide to all the best North Fork Long Island golf courses.
