My husband and I had originally booked a stay in Vermont, but due to the possibility of inclement weather we cancelled and came across this beautiful B&B gem. From the moment we entered Arbor View House we were warmly greeted by Wilfred and it instantly felt like home. Our room was super adorable, spacious, clean, and I have to say that we had the best sleep we've had in a VERY long time (we have a toddler and newborn at home) so this was very much needed! And oh let's not forget the food! His wife Veda is an amazing cook! The portion sizes are perfect and their coffee is exceptional. My husband and I travel very often and I have to say that this stay was very memorable for us, definitely one for the books. Wilfred provided us with helpful information on places to visit around the area, and let me tell you that he was right on the money with every place we visited. We truly enjoyed the conversations with Wilfred and quite frankly we learned a lot from him. Veda also has such a kind, warm spirit about her. I can go on and on and on! If you want a relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable stay, this is definitely worth every penny! My husband and I will absolutely be returning again!

Arbor View House is truly a wonderful B&B. Wilfred, who hosts the B&B with his wife Veda, makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. He cares deeply about ensuring your stay is memorable and peaceful. Veda provides an exceptional breakfast and will cater to any dietary restrictions or preferences. The rooms are well themed and have many lovely details. It's clear a lot of thought and love went into this bed and breakfast. Wilfred has a wealth of stories and a rich background. By the end of your trip, you will hopefully learned a thing or two from him. He truly gets to know his guests and is committed to top notch service. Arbor View is close to Greenport so the B&B is a perfect homebase if you plan to explore the town. If you are coming from New York City, you can take the Hampton Jitney which will drop you off at the front of the Arbor View House. Overall, if you are looking for a serene, peaceful weekend to decompress, look no further.
