newest wine region having been given the appellation designation of "Long Island
Wine Country. Our North Fork Wine Country Bed and Breakfast is located near
Greenport Village and not far from the Hamptons on the East End. We have
mastered the art of relaxation and you will find that it is easy to get into a
relaxed state of mind here at this New York B&B where we can pamper you or leave
you alone. East Marion is the small Hamlet between Greenport and

From the very beginning we decided to do two things really well - Bed
and Breakfast and we do them really well, at least that what
our guests say. We do this because we want our guests to have best experience

you have a restful night's sleep. Our breakfast are legendary, not only in the
variety of items offered, but also in the way it is presented and served, we
